Club entry consists of five male members in good standing for at least 90 days.  AM:  Pairs and Triples; PM – Game 1:  Pairs and Triples; PM – Game 2: Singles and Rinks.

Singles to 18-points.  All others are 14 ends.

 One entry per club.

SWD Men’s Cary-MacDonald 3-Bowl Pairs Sat-Sun August 10-11, 2024 Last day to enter Friday August 2, 2024, 8PM Tournament Description:

Day 1: Three 18-end, 3-bowl pairs games. Teams seeded A, B, C, or D by SWD Men’s Tournament Committee. Random draw to determine pennant, consisting on one team each of A, B, C and D. Teams play games within their pennant only.

Day 2: Winners of each flight and enough second place teams to get to 8 teams based on WTPP, 10 plus points max are in the Cary flight. Remaining second place teams and enough third place teams to get 9-16 are in the MacDonald flight. Single elimination in each flight seeded based on Day 1, 1v8, 2v7, etc. Optional consolation flight for game 1 losers. Eligibility:

Open to male members in good standing of a lawn bowling club approved by the SWD, or affiliated with National or International organizations. 32 teams maximum. Entries allowed in groups of four only Entry Fee (per team):

● Team shirts must have sleeves and collars, no cutoff bottoms

● Partners must match colors for tops and bottoms

● 8:00am: Green open for practice

● 8:15am: Check-in

● 8:45am: Announcements and trial ends

● Bring your lunch and water - Newport will provide hospitality

● There will be a wine and cheese party after bowling during the awards presentation
