July 8, 2026 - Ladies Day at Newport Beach LBC

Newport Beach LBC hosted our Ladies Day, and everyone enjoyed their selection of breakfast and lunch items. A special thanks to Sally Cadwallader, who makes sure that everything is ready to be served at the right time.

We had 48 Ladies from 10 clubs attending this time. Ladies attending for the first time were: Marti Hall from the Groves, Pat McClure and Julie Hermann from Newport Beach. Thank you all for attending, and we hope to see you at more Ladies Days in the future.

A special thanks to Norma Goodhart, who filled in for Shelley and helped Diana Wenzel make sure Ladies Day ran smoothly.

And now for our results of this day’s bowling.

In the morning, 12 ends were played, and the winners were:

1st Place: Norma Goodhart, Deborah Long, Marina Pavlovich, Julie Hermann

2nd Place: Susie Houston, Diane Prior, Barbara Hardesty

3rd Place: Heather Stewart, Eleanor Reafsnyder, Sheila Beingessner, Grace McDougal

The afternoon game of 10 ends was won by:

1st Place: Norma Goodhart, Desiree Hamilton

2nd Place: Doreen Hall, Janell Williams, Denise Schneider

3rd Place: Deborah Long, Angela Laws, Barbara Hardesty
